By sharing my intimate, personal stories, I confront my own fear of death through my pastoral experience. As I journey through the valleys of darkness I move deeper into the mysteries and surprises of life and death. My journey is colored by humor, respectful irreverence and honesty. As I present my book at book talks, days of retreat and workshops, I find my honesty is the piece the audience holds onto and finds their story somewhere in my story.
